Olemme tutkineet huolellisesti EY- jäsenyyden velvoitteet.Hakiessamme jäsenyyttä
hyväksymme acquis communautaire´n, Maastrichtin sopimuksen ja Euroopan Unionin finalite politique´n.Olemme valmiit hyväksymään jäsenyydestä johtuvat velvoitteet ja myötävaikuttamaan niiden saavuttamiseen sovitulla tavalla.”
